Quinoa Bakery - Rua do Alecrim, 54

Just recently opened, this bakery in a refurbished 19th-century building has 21st century nutrition in mind.  All products are 100% organic. As they profess, the Quinoa mission in clear:

- To become a benchmark in the new concept of bakeries;
- To serve healthy snacks, demystifying the concept of sandwich;
- To serve snacks in good Portuguese tradition, accompanied by good wine by the glass, with a little glamour mixed in.

Yum!  Imaginative sandwiches such as smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese and herbs,  and ham sandwich with cooked pears and Roquefort, and organic burgers trilogy, with mustard, caramelized onions and Emmenthal cheese, are just a taste of what’s in store.  On weekends, enjoy brunch with yogurts, eggs and natural juices.
