Bright and playful, Filipe Faísca creates a collection for Spring/Summer 2012 heroically combining bold colors and luxurious textures. Faísca transforms the concept of tie-dye from bohemian to elegant. Patterns share half a dress with color blocks. Form fitting leather top sit on flowing skirts. 40’s and ‘50’s inspired undergarments are accent pieces for transparent tunics, or intimate wear for billowing gowns.

For Spring/Summer 2012, Faísca uses muslin, georgette, crepe de chine and double crepe silk. He also works with knitted viscose, silk and leather. Colors are bold and vibrant in orange, gold, coral, yellow, neon lime, nude, white and black.
