WISH is a multi-purpose space for conversations over cocktails, dining with friends and dancing into the night. The restaurant features the creative cuisine of celebrity chef Henrique Sá Pessoa (from Alma in Lisbon). After dinner, theme parties with DJ’s and live acts are scheduled throughout the Summer and into Autumn.

Numerous decks and terraces add to the multi-dimensionality of this outdoor venue. There are locations for dining, and areas to lounge around on poofs close to the floor. There’s a DJ/performance area with plenty of room to dance. And there’s quiet, marina-side terrace for momentarily escaping the action.

For dinner, Sá Pessoa has created a menu exclusively for WISH. A few features of this WISHLIST includes:

■ Chilled strawberry gazpacho with marinated tomato and mint
■ Sauteéd prawns with fresh coriander, garlic and chili with mesclun lettuce
■ Mango and avocado salad with prawns and wasabi and yogurt dressing
■ Greek style salad with marinated feta cheese, mixed leaves, cucumber, black olives and balsamic oregano dressing
■ Fish and seafood cataplana, perfumed with coriander and ginger
■ Grilled tuna loin steak with niçoise salad, quail egg and tapenade sauce
■ Grilled beef fillet with watercress salad, fat chips and classic béarnaise sauce
■ Pineapple carpaccio with mint syrup and coconut sorbet

WISH also has a yummy sushi menu called WISHUSHI. And to keep the chocoholics happy, they serve the Best Chocolate Cake in the World. Arriving late? Wish’s After Hours Menu offers a cheese board, club sandwich, bacon hamburgers and cheese burgers.
