Fish and seafood lovers rejoice! The celebration of ocean cuisine is upon us again. The sixth edition of Peixe em Lisboa (Lisbon Fish & Flavors) has even more top chefs and more popular restaurants participating in this 11-day festival. The event takes place 4-14 April at the Pátio da Galé on the Terreiro do Paço in Lisbon.
In the event’s brief history, Peixe em Lisboa has become known throughout the world. And as part of this year’s program, Michelin Star chefs from Portugal, France, Italy, Brazil and Peru, will participate in cooking presentations along with some of Portugal’s very top chefs. The list includes:

This event is also a great opportunity to taste the cuisine of some of Lisbon greatest dining spots. 10 restaurants have will be serving fish and seafood dishes from 12:00 to 24:00. Each dish in the menu tastings will be €5 or €8. Restaurants popping-up for the event are:

Many activities fill out the program of Peixe em Lisboa. There will be cooking classes, wine tastings and wine talks, show cooking, a gourmet market and cocktail receptions. Once again, the popular “Best Pastel de Nata” Contest is scheduled for 15:00 on 10 April. And, Nespresso will have their coffee sommelier on hand for some talks on coffee pairings!
