For Spring/Summer 2015, Nuno Gama takes us back in time to the childhood he spent exploring the Arrábida national park. This lush mountain reserve next to the sea was literally steps away from his boyhood home in Azeitao. Experiences here of running, playing and discovering, shaped the man he is today. It also provides the inspiration for this natural, outdoors-y collection.

As is always the case, Gama’s garments accentuate the well-maintained masculine body, but for 2015, he relaxes a little. Light, raw materials, with an emphasis on cotton, provide a more relaxed style. Greens symbolized the dense vegetation of the park, while blues reflect views to the ocean. Berry red and juicy orange are contrasts. On ocassion, orange tree prints also show up in jackets and pants.  Graphic and stripes evoke a retro feel.
