Lobo is well-known for his innovative designs at such popular Portugal hangouts as Buhle, Shis, Shaker, Twins Baixa and Twins Foz. The idea behind Lobo Taste comes from his desire to showcase items created both by himself as well as some of his favorite regional artisans.
The shop, appropriately positioned in the renovated Palácio das Arts, is full of minimalist products Lobo calls “contemporary crafts.” Zinc-covered straw baskets and poplar boxes co-exist with felt hats and clay Barcelos figurines. Most products are signed by Lobo or the original artists. And, most are produced in limited editions.
So, if you’re strolling through Porto, step into Lobo Taste for unique modern gifts steeped in traditional nostalgia. For more information, visit Lobo Taste website.
