Reserva by Olivier, is the signature restaurants at the renovated Villa Cascais Guest House overlooking the Bay of Cascais just to the west of Lisbon. The menu is a sort of Greatest Hits of dishes from Chef Olivier da Costa’s portfolio of popular restaurants. Unique wines are highlights of the experience, with reserve vintages from Portugal and across the globe available by the glass. A rich cobalt blue and wood backdrop, created by illustrious Portuguese interior designer Paulo Lobo, provides an elegant ambiance. Reserva is surely yet another must-dine spot for both residents and visitors.

In Portugal, the Olivier “brand” is synonymous with innovative and delicious cuisine. At Reserva, the menu is filled with Olivier fan favorites, such as the chef´s version of crab, Caesar and Waldorf salads, octopus carpaccio, grouper in puff pastry, Wagyu steak with truffle pasta, and finally, a petit gateau with vanilla ice cream.

48 wines have been carefully selected for Reserva. Local labels such as Barca Velha, Vale Meão and Pera Manca, share the menu with American Opus One, Italian Sassicaia, and French Chateau Mouton Rotchild. The restaurant has also installed eight machines to dispense wines by the glass.
