For those who prefer a pastry, the chocolatier also offers a Siopa cake with 70% cocoa, macaroons, croissants and almond brioche, among other specialties.

“This project is a dream come true, to have the opportunity to develop the art that I have been developing over the last 15 years,” says Siopa, who has trained in such notable kitchens as Art’s Hotel in Barcelona, Onyria in Cascais, Fortaleza do Guincho and the Penha Longa Hotel. “It is a place that serves as a meeting point for chocolate lovers, but more specifically, for those who are not content with the just any sweet, but are seeking the unexpected.”
