Aprés-Ski Bar – Warm Drinks and Fondue in a Chalet at Sheraton Lisboa

It’s all the food, drinks and fun of a winter ski resort, without the hassle of snow boots and lift tickets!  It’s the Aprés-Ski bar at Sheraton Lisboa.  No need to drive for hours to have that toasty chalet ambiance.  Now you can call an Uber and be delivered to the front door of a wintery, welcoming spot for those that enjoy the after-ski experience. 



Aprés-Ski has two distinct areas.  The first is an “outdoor” area with wood tables and bench seating surrounded by a sled, skis and pine trees.  For something cozier, head over to the small chalets (reservations recommended), where six guests can sit privately, sheltered from the winter elements. 

Mountain-top delights are on the menu.  Dig into a Serra cheese fondue with rustic bread, pretzel with leitão (suckling pig) and green pepper dip, roasted pumpkin casserole with nuts and oats in a honey jus.  Desserts are equally heart-warming with caramel pudding with Serra cheese, churros with cinnamon and sugar, and (do we need t say anything more) chocolate fondue (!) with marshmallows and fruit

Your “off-piste” hot (adult drinks) include medronho aguardente, Hennessy cognac XO and VSOP, and Serra da Estrela mírtilo liqueur.  Of course, beer, wine and full cocktail service is available. Or, snuggle up together with hot chocolate and marshmallows, tea with ginger and lemon, and hot chocolate with mint

No need to go through Sheraton reception, a separate door to the bar is near the entrance to the hotel.
