Similar to the Lisbon location where Chef Manuel Boia prepares cuisine that explores “the four corners of Portugal and the four corners of the world,” the QDL menu features both national and international favorites. Starters include both local Goats Cheese with Algarve figs and Veal Pica-Pau with garlic, salsa and lime, as well as Burrata with truffles and Lobster Tacos. For mains, there are beef and pork in various cuts, risottos ranging from wild mushroom to tiger shrimp, as well as salmon and duck.
