Set within Vila Vita Parc’s charming Piazzetta, Adega is the resort’s temple to traditional Portuguese gastronomy. Inspired by the ambiance of a classic Portuguese wine cellar, the restaurant blends rustic textures, handcrafted tableware, and ambient live music with a quiet sophistication. Open to both resort guests and outside visitors, Adega remains one of the Algarve’s most compelling dining destinations for those seeking a true sense of place.
A New Evolution: From Monthly Spotlight to Immersive Journey
During the year, the “territories” concept evolves into something far more comprehensive. Each territory will be celebrated over a couple months, allowing guests time to explore and revisit the flavors of each region. Every chapter of the program will feature:
- Three signature regional dishes
- One traditional dessert
- A curated wine selection from the same region
The program will also include guest chefs, visiting wine producers, and moments of live traditional music, reinforcing the connection between territory, product, and tradition.
The 2026 “Territories of Portugal” Calendar
The journey across Portugal includes:
- Beiras — March 1 to April 15
- Alentejo — April 16 to May 31
- Lisbon Region — June 1 to July 15
- Algarve — July 16 to August 31
- Bairrada — September 1 to October 15
- Minho — October 16 to December 15
The program concludes with a special focus on Game Season, closing the year with robust northern flavors and time-honored traditions.
