On Sunday, April 20th, the restaurant invites families and food lovers to indulge in a vibrant Easter Sunday brunch set against the serene backdrop of Swan Lake and the resort’s blooming gardens.
The experience promises more than just a meal—think live music, a buzzing atmosphere, and culinary action at every turn. From sushi and vegetarian favourites to cold cuts and chef-led “live stations,” where dishes are prepared on the spot, there’s something for every palate. Signature highlights include crispy octopus rice and the much-anticipated return of the resort’s beloved Easter goat dish.
No Easter feast is complete without a sweet finale. A dazzling spread of traditional treats awaits, featuring delicacies like the typical Olhão folar, whimsical egg nests, and hand-crafted chocolate eggs. It’s a spread designed to delight every generation of the family.
Brunch is priced at €96 per adult and €48 for children aged 4 to 12 (alcoholic beverages not included).

In the lead-up to the big day, Vila Vita Parc is hosting an Easter Folar Masterclass—a hands-on workshop dedicated to the art of baking Portugal’s beloved spiced Easter bread. Held at the resort’s Clubhouse on April 2nd and 9th at 10 a.m., the session offers an intimate culinary experience for groups of 3 to 6 people, welcoming budding bakers from age 8 and up. The masterclass costs €55 per person and offers a chance to learn the secrets behind this aromatic, egg-topped bread.
