After four years in Lisbon, the El Clandestino restaurant has set sail towards the charming Cascais village.
Good music, quality food, and a lively atmosphere that lasts all night long: this is what the new El Clandestino, located in Cascais – a short 20 minutes away from Lisbon, proposes. The menu, signed by Chef Teófilo Quiñones and his Michelin star-experienced Peruvian team, joins Peru and Asia together.
Sirloin sautéed in the Wok; Pepper sirloin with raisins, Port wine, and asparagus; and Ossobuco slow-cooked in red wine and shallots are three of the highlighted dishes on the menu. The typical Traditional or Mixto Ceviches with various fish, red onion, aji, and sweet potato take you straight to Peru, while the Salmon Bao is your ticket to Asia.
When it comes to drinks, El Clandestino suggests some of its unique cocktails, such as the Margarita Clandestina, the Ginco de Mayo, or the fresh Meet Me in The Bathroom, ideal to accompany you through the night.
And if you’re looking to extend the evening, adding some music and drinks to your meal, Fridays and Saturdays are the perfect days at El Clandestino, as the doors close at 4 am, after the DJ plays its last song.
