Giorgio Armani aficionados, rejoice! The Emporio Armani boutique in Portugal’s capital is on fashionable Avenida da Liberdade at No. 220. The newly designed store consists of 452m2 space across two floors. So, there is plenty of room for fashionistas to browse the popular Italian designer’s current collections of men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, watches, jewelry, glasses and underwear.
Working with his team of architects, Armani created a space reflecting his label’s sense of modern elegance and casual lifestyle. Classic black and white dominate the décor, with mirrored panels adding a contemporary aesthetic. Design details include Venetian marmorio finish (a smooth plaster made of crushed marble and lime) on the ceiling and window frames, and ceramic tiles from United Arab Emirates-based RAK covering the floors. Two large LED monitors at the entrance display Armani’s recent runway shows.
