Omega, the high-end Swiss watch brand, has opened a boutique on Lisbon’s fashionable shopping street, Avenida da Liberdade. The new space at No. 192A will house the largest collection of Omega watches in the country.
Design aesthetic for the shop is intended to evoke “an exquisite ambiance,” remarks the company in a statement. Leather and wood with gold accents provide a modern, luxurious environment.
To strengthen its brand in the local market, Omega has signed Portuguese actor Ricardo Pereira as the face of the product in Portugal. He joins other international celebrities, such as George Clooney, Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig and Eddie Redmayne, in promoting the luxury watches.
