As the name infers, Quorum is a place where everyone participates in the creative process. In fact, at the end of the meal, diners are given a computer tablet and asked to comment in categories of taste, technique, presentation, harmonization and innovation.
The ambiance at Quorum is contemporary and sophisticated, with a focus on health and nature. A heavy use of wood blends with the vertical gardens to produce an earthy oasis in the center of the cosmopolitan city. Drinks and finger foods are available on the first floor, with the main dining room down the steps.
In the kitchen, dishes are based on fresh local produce, and tossed with a good helping of technique and inspiration. The chef’s fixed menu is the best way to understand the creativity of Quorum. This includes five starters, four main courses and three desserts. Alternatively, two tasting menus are available with four and six “moments”.
