The creative mixologists at Sky Bar Carvoeiro have concocted some amazingly interesting, beautiful and tasty signature cocktails to enhance your experience. Imagine the Peacock made with Don Julio Reposado, grilled red pepper, lime and passion fruit juice, ginger and spice bitter, or the “Je Suis Marlene 1.1” of Botanist gin, Green Chartreuse, grapefruit and lime juice, eucalyptus and bitters. Yet, perhaps the most intriguing is the Pandora’s Box (below). This theatrical presentation is created from Dey Manguey Vida, pineapple and lime juice, honey and bitters.

Most evenings, Sky Bar Carvoeiro has programmed entertainment, such as live music or guest DJ. When “the munchies” hit you, select from a menu of light snacks, that includes ham and cheese toast, meat platter, cheese, tomato and pesto bagel, club sandwich and fruit plate.
