Running through January 31, Truffle Season unfolds Thursdays through Mondays across two of the resort’s most elegant venues: House Bar and Giardino Restaurant.
Truffle Cocktails at the House Bar
The experience begins at House Bar, where two bespoke truffle-infused cocktails set the tone for the evening. The High Truffle Monk blends Nikka From The Barrel, cidra, truffle, and Chartreuse Elixir, while the Truffini pairs Cruxland Truffle Gin with Noilly Prat, La Quintinye Blanc, olive, truffle, and a daring touch of Cabrales blue cheese—each priced at €17 and crafted as a true pre-dinner indulgence.
Giardino – Say “Yes” to Truffle Add-Ons
From there, the spotlight shifts to Giardino, where Chef Isaulinda highlights the elegance of fresh truffles with optional 2g shavings added to select dishes. From Carpaccio di Manzo and Risotto ai Funghi to Pizza Tartufo, Stinco di Agnello, and Melanzana alla Milanese, each plate becomes a canvas for black truffle luxury, while white truffle finds its perfect match in the handmade Casoncelli.
