Daft Funk Concert & Beach Party, 18 July, Praia Dourada, Algarve

For one night only, on 18 July, Praia Dourada Beach Club in Armação da Pêra welcomes Daft Funk, one of the world’s leading Daft Punk tribute productions. The night is dedicated to the music and visual spectacle of the iconic French electronic duo. Set against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean and under the starlit night sky, this event promises to be the best beach party the Algarve will see all summer!

More than a DJ set, Daft Funk Live recreates the immersive atmosphere that made Daft Punk legendary. Expect live instrumentation, synthesizers, vocoders, synchronized lighting, and a carefully crafted audiovisual production inspired by the duo’s celebrated live performances. The two-hour show revisits many of the tracks that helped define modern electronic music, including One More Time, Around the World, Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, and Get Lucky.

The evening begins at 21:00, with the main performance taking the stage at 22:00. After midnight, DJ Gil keeps the momentum going with an after-party set designed to carry the celebration into the early hours.

Of course, music is only part of the appeal. Praia Dourada’s relaxed beach club atmosphere, elevated dining, and premium cocktail program make it easy to turn the concert into a full summer evening by the sea. With its design inspired by traditional Algarve fishing huts and uninterrupted ocean views, the venue provides a fitting backdrop for a tribute to one of electronic music’s most influential acts.

Praia Dourada’s summer music series continues on 22 August with a performance by Tiago Cruz, founder of Nómadas and one of Portugal’s most exciting emerging electronic artists. Known for blending Deep House, Afro House, and Organic House, Cruz has performed everywhere from Ibiza and Miami to Paris and New York. His appearance promises another atmospheric evening of sunset sounds and sophisticated beachside vibes on the Algarve coast.
