Gusto Bar is just off to the side of the Michelin Star fine dining restaurant Gusto by Heinz Beck. Like the refined environment of the restaurant, Gusto Bar is a stylish spot to lounge on stuffed furniture and chat with friends, or grab a bar stool to sit and survey the room.
Behind the bar is Conrad Algarve’s Head Bartender and Mixologist Extraordinaire Duarte Pereira. A native Algarvian, Pereira is inspired by nature. Via skilled techniques, he is able to capture the flavors and aromas from surprising products to create amazing and delicious cocktails. The results….Pereira has developed a menu of signature cocktails called Natural Elements.
