From 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the resort’s picturesque Main Plaza will be transformed into an open-air culinary market where guests can wander between live cooking stations, sampling signature dishes created by Michelin-starred chefs, acclaimed mixologists, and Viceroy’s own culinary team. Rather than a formal seated dinner, the evening unfolds as a relaxed gastronomic journey, accompanied by live entertainment and the unforgettable backdrop of the eclipse crossing the Algarve sky.

The first, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, offers guided observation of the solar eclipse through professional telescopes, complete with expert commentary.
Later in the evening, from 10:00 pm until 1:00 am, a second rooftop experience turns its attention to the night sky, with an intimate stargazing session during the annual Perseid meteor shower, one of the year’s most anticipated celestial displays.
