Her teaching style embraces Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and breathwork, shaped by studies with globally respected teachers and traditions — from Ashtanga to Zen Buddhism. But more than methods, what defines Rita is her compassionate presence and her ability to create space for personal transformation.
